All trials must be submitted to the 2nd Vice President for approval 30 days in advance for a new trial and 7 days in advance for rescheduled trials. Complete form and mail/email to contact on form.
If approved, trials will be advertised on the UBGF calendar. Trials not advertised on our calendar will be qualifying trials only and WILL NOT be counted toward points.
NOTE: There has been some confusion when completing paperwork. There is a separate form for determining GFW and GRRU. Continue to put the Judges scores on the class winner’s sheets.
